Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Passaic, New jersey - Medical Manufacturing company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to initiate and generate business throughout New Jersey. The counties included in the territory are: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, and Union.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Identify new business through a host of sales techniques including cold calling, referrals and networking.
Cultivate qualified and quantifiable business from inception to finish of contract
Properly augment proposals and design presentations to fit potential client?s business needs.
Research competitors and act as a team player by contributing to the sales teams' efforts
Utilize regional evaluations to understand potential customers need.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience in outside sales: healthcare, medical and pharma experience are strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven experience achieving and exceeding sales goals
Proven experience presenting to medical/healtchare facilities
Compensation package: Competitive (100k+), uncapped monthly commission, monthly fuel allowance
