The Director of Quality plans, develops, establishes, implements, and administers the personnel and human resources management function in accordance with objectives of HUMC. Directs all aspects of the performance improvement program including accreditation, hospital and medical staff Performance Improvement activities and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor?s degree in business
Experience: 5+ years related experience in an acute care setting
Skills: Demonstrate an understanding of the clinical, financial and operations requirements in a hospital setting; working knowledge of physician practices, contract arrangements and interactions with administrative leadership.
