The Software Development Engineer plans, designs, develops, and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new projects.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 year science degree.
Minimum 5 years+ experience with COBOL, SCOBOL, TAL, C and Enform plus.
Minimum 5 years+ experience designing and developing HP non-stop solutions.
Ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical verbal and written communication with SOAP Web Services, obeys and Pathways, Source control and defect management.
Experience with SQL scripting and understanding of relational database concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with highly transactional, e-commerce, or finance related industry.
Experience with batch job scheduling, Control M preferred.
Experience with MQ series and other integration services.
Experience with other programming languages.
