Software Developer Job Opening in Waukesha, Wisconsin - Description:
· Support and help in creating tools needed for this project (interface to manage our imaging virtual machines, potentially help in developing the website)
Desired characteristics:
· Must have experience in cross-platform GUI applications development and frameworks (Python/C++ with Qt for example)
· Must have experience with Windows and Linux environments (knowing Mac is a plus)
· Experience with virtual machines environment - VMware virtualization environment is a plus · Experience with Linux Shell/Bash scripting, sFTP, networking, etc.
· Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, SQLite?
· Familiarity with web applications and development (HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, front-end or back-end frameworks)
· Be comfortable with working with Global teams, across regions and business segments
· Great team worker, willing to learn how to cooperate with others and lead initiatives.
Project developer:
· Technology used: VMware Horizon Flex, VMware Player, Python/C++, Qt or other suggested GUI cross-platform frameworks
· He/she will be trained around DICOM images, healthcare products and imaging modalities
· He/she will be collaborating with all the modalities and different functions in the field and in headquarters
