We are looking for a qualified Architectural Project Manager and 3 Architectural Desginers.
Recognized mid-sized firm is in need of a qualified Project Architect / Manager. Requirements : A min. of 7+ yrs of architectural experience in the planning, design and mgmt. of commercial or public building projects. Licensed Architects preferred. The ability to produce design and construction documents. Experience in the design and production of construction documents for either Commercial, mixed use, or healthcare projects is welcomed.
Job Description:
This is a highly, responsible, professional architectural position with design and administrative duties. Work involving the coordination and technical supervision of varied architectural activities.
Responsibilities include planning and development of design and construction documents for new, renovation and/or maintenance of public or private facilities. Also, provide a variety of public contacts in coordinating county, private and other public jurisdiction architectural activities. Supervise directly and indirectly over subordinate professional, technical and clerical personnel. Considerable independence is exercised in making final decision on technical problems. In addition, performing construction administration services and inspections for compliance with the design documents. Overseeing a team of designers and architects.
