Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Opening in Smyrna, Georgia - The Group Chief Financial Officer is responsible direct supervision of all accounting and financial functions of assigned facilities. Primary responsibilities include supervision of the monthly close process, monthly, quarterly and annual billings to clients for services provided, billing reimbursements from clients, collection of accounts receivable, supervising accounts payable, payroll, monthly reporting for the ownership group, annual preparation of budgets, assist in the preparation of quarterly tax projections and annual tax returns preparation and all treasury administration. The Group CFO will assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to creating procedures to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate. This position ensures that the internal controls are in place to safeguard each facility?s assets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
Experience : A minimum of ten (10) years as a CFO in a health-care setting, with experience in managing multiple functions in a health care business office preferred.
Licensure: CPA preferred.
