Accounting Manager/Bookkeeper Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - A Sandy Spring real estate firm is seeing an experienced accounting manager/ Bookkeeper.
Primary Function: Handle all accounting and reporting for a real estate investment firm.
Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting for various properties; Process invoices and payments of tenants; Accounts payable & receivables functions; Handle tenants inquiries relative to accounting matters; Reconcile and balance all accounts;â?¢ Handle financial reporting;
Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience in bookkeeping; Knowledge of GAAP Accounting is a must; Minimum 2 years' experience with real estate related accounting; Must have working knowledge of all aspects of QuickBooks; Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of Yardi and Yardi Genesis2 .
This is a part time position; Can work nights/Days or Weekends. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY YARDI EXPERIENCE.
MUST HAVE YARDI GENESIS 2 EXPERIENCE FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS.
