On our Call Center team, you?ll learn all about our students needs and what they can afford before offering them our service and solutions that make it all possible. At Student Debt Relief we put students first and strive to ensure each and every call provides an amazing solution to their debts that makes it impossible to turn down. We truly enjoy helping people, and know you do too!
We are hiring for early morning and afternoon shifts.
All of our students are warm leads! We need you to be there when they inquire!
GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Answer inbound customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims, and report problem areas
Be confident and always offer an alternative toensure+close the sale
May be required to work in one or multiple systems and utilize multiple screens to find information and solve problems
Continually maintain working knowledge of all student services

Minimum Qualifications:
Computer Skills
Multitasking Skills
Previous call center experience a plus
Previous sales experience a plus
Previous customer contact experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $11-15/hr based on experience for first months training ONLY. After training COMISSION BASED PAY.
Lifetime Salary: $4,000 - $10,000/month + Bonuses + Daily Cash
