Job Qualifications and Abilities
Professional and articulate phone etiquette
Proficient and trainable on new technology
High energy and a positive attitude
Must be reliable ? professionally dressed, punctual, etc.
Experience in sales (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
No cold calling ? taking PREMIUM inbound calls, and following up with hot leads
Minimum expectation of 5 hours talk time per shift
Understand each prospect?s needs to provide an effective solution
Identify, qualify, and close accounts
Pipeline management
Compensation
Base hourly pay ? $12/hour ? this is for your gas, lunch, expenses? but the real money comes with the commission
Commission tier ranging from 6-10%
Bonuses ? Daily cash spiffs handed out on the floor
Our average Tax Associate makes $4,000 ? $6,000 a month, while our CLOSERS make $7,000 ? $12,000+
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday; 8 hour shifts
Shifts beginning between 6am and 10am
40 hours a week
