Territory Sales Manager Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - High School Diploma required; college degree strongly (preferred)
Minimum 3 years outside sales/territory management experience, preferably industrial sales or capital equipment
Good communication skills/phone skills (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
Good driving record and valid driver?s license (required)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers in an assigned territory.
Field sales calls conducted on-site of both new and existing customers.
Maintains existing and builds new customer relationships with key decision makers on all levels of the client organization.
Prospecting new accounts, maintaining current customers, and increasing opportunities with existing accounts.
Maintain and increase the sales volume of assigned accounts or territories in accordance with stated company plan.
Responsible to profitably grow sales to achieve yearly sales growth objectives
Maintain customer records, contacts, files and reports, using CRM
Ensure high levels of customer service and resolution to customer problems.
Participate in customer and company events, training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings as requested.
Assist in developing sales forecasts and territory potentials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% covering assigned territory.
