Operations & Sales Manager - Construction Equipment Job Opening in Manchester, Tennessee - We are a Dealership selling new and used construction equipment in Tennessee and surrounding states. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a light to medium Equipment Site Manager to join our team in middle Tennessee.
The Operations / Sales Manager will be an equipment and solutions sales consultant for all products and services. This role will help customers succeed while growing all aspects of the company. They will need the knowledge to develop, meet, and exceed sales, profit and market share objectives.
Job Requirements:
Must have previous outside sales and management experience
Must have Equipment knowledge, Shop (service) knowledge and Parts knowledge
Perform Operation & Maintenance training on new equipment deliveries
Perform product demonstrations to prospective buyers while effectively communicating features and benefits of our products and services.
Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven and a Team Leader
Possess excellent customer service skills
Maintain a professional business appearance at-all-times
Must be able to build prospects and business relationships
Cold-calling and job site calls are required
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets
Previous experience of preparing quotes for customers
A high school diploma is required
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of business to business sales experience in Medium to Heavy Equipment
History in the Construction Equipment related field is preferred
Previous experience working in the equipment industry is a must
Or just has the ability to sale, sale, sale
