We have an immediate opening for New/Used Car INTERNET Sales Manager
Busy Ford dealership looking for qualified personnel to maintain our award-winning customer service as well as help us grow. Come work at one of the area?s most progressive family-owned automobile dealerships. Newly remodeled facilities, updated CRM, access to fast-moving new and used inventory.
Attributes needed: Are you a proven leader who can drive business and lead a team? Are you passionate about working for a mission driven company? Seeking a customer focused, professional, outgoing, self-motivated individual. Must be able to work well with others as well as independently. Individual should have good computer skills as well as willingness to learn and adapt to new software and situations. Goal-oriented people tend to excel in this type of position. Automotive background helpful, but not a requirement.
Duties include but are not limited to:
product and sales training.
daily sales meetings.
Creating and leading a professional online sales presence.
Creating a clear and consistent response and engagement for customers.
Replying to internet leads within 10 minutes of submissions.
Develop a creative and successful strategy for every sale.
Train, develop, and motivate a professional internet sales force.
Maintain ongoing customer database to capture repeat business through our CRM.
Building and understanding all aspects of every deal.
Ensure that every customer is satisfied with every purchase.
Ensure all deals, paperwork, and data are performed and completed to our standards.
Maximize profitability.
Perform all duties assigned by General Sales Manager or General Manager.
Must have the desire to succeed in an ever-changing environment. Making sure every customer gets the best possible experience, having all their needs met, is what gives us an edge over the competition.
Must be able to pass background and drug-testing as well as have a current driver?s license.
This is a full-time position. This is primarily a commission-based pay-plan. Recommend 2 years of automotive sales experience, but can train the right applicant.
No Sundays. Revolving days off. Must have a neat, professional appearance, be willing and able to work one on one with our customers and have good personal hygiene. 401k, paid vacation, health insurance, available dental, vision, and disability.
