Service and Preventive Maintenance Sales Executive Job Opening in Chattanooga, Tennessee - Building Systems Technology Inc. is a regional leader in the design, installation, and service of a comprehensive array of Network Integrated Building Systems. These include fire alarm, mass notification, security, CCTV, access control, health care communications, educational communications, voice data and other electronic building systems. Our continued growth and success along with additional customer service demands has provided the need for a Service and Preventive Maintenance Sales Executive in our Chattanooga, TN office.
Responsibilities / Qualifications
A minimum of two years experience selling Preventive Maintenance agreements, insurance sales or sales of intangible products or services.
Excellent communication skills, written, electronic and oral.
Excellent work ethics a must.
Proven track record on sales volume and achieving sales quotas.
Working knowledge of Windows and Excel sales software.
A valid drivers license with a good driving record is required.
Drug test and clean Security and background check is required.
Job duties to include but not be limited to the following:
Selling Preventive Maintenance Agreements, Fire Alarm and Security monitoring, and inspections on all Building System Technology and competitor systems.
Preparation and presentation of proposals and bid documents for all BST services.
Targeting all customers new, existing, BST and non BST system customers.
Calling on and maintain existing BST contract customers and renewals.
Contract management, customer per-qualification, sustaining good customer relations in order to maintain a growing and sustained customer base.
Utilization of laptop and other electronic tools to manage day to day sales activity, monitoring of on-line customer Information and to access and utilize sales and proposal generators.
Work with other sales people and management on sales leads.
