~~Compensation~~
Commission pay: Our sales reps are paid on commission and make anywhere from $400-$500 per average our Commission Sales Reps make $2000-$4000 weekly.
~~~~~~We also offer a residual and salary pay option depending if you are looking for a career and retirement pay: you will get 40% of the Monthly Monitoring Rate (MMR) that you charge your customers. Example: If you charge your customer $50 per month, you will get $20 dollars every month when they pay their example in 2 years if you sell 600 customers and choose the residual route, that will equal $12,000 per month of passive residual income, at which point you can easily retire.
You do not have to choose now and we will talk about it in the interview. We usually wait till new employees have sold at least 30 commission accounts before we give them the option to go full residual.

********REQUIREMENTS********
***EDUCATION LEVEL*** You do NOT need a College degree to do this job, nor do you need a high school diploma, although the more education you have is always useful.
***EXPERIENCE LEVEL*** Any sales experience you have will likely be beneficial, but you do NOT need to have any sales experience to be hired for this position. We have an amazing training program along with some of the Top 10 greatest salesmen in the world. You will be given all the tools you need to succeed. This is a skill based job. If you can speak well and are clean cut you will do well.
***AGE*** You must at least 18 or older. We have a variety of men and women on our sales team that range from the ages, 18 to 45. Some are young singles and some have their own family and they all have built an amazing income doing this job.
***APPEARANCE*** You must be clean cut. You want to have an honest trusting look about you.
***LEGAL*** You cannot do this job if you have a felony. We do background checks before hiring.
