SALES AGENT Job Opening in Brooklyn, New york - We are a student loan consolidation and repayment services provider seeking professional, talented for our inbound call center in a great upbeat environment to start right away.
Calls are from everyday Americans that have myriad of financial difficulties and consequences related to their student loans. We are a CSLP (Certified Student Loan Professional) Accredited Service Center and if hired the employee will go through the same certification process to gain the knowledge required for this position.
The position requires superior customer service, excellent communication skills and being highly proficient on simple data entry. The position also requires strong organizational and communications skills, exceptional persistence, a high level of commitment; the ability to work include: Communicating via phone and email with borrowers in understanding their specific situations and explaining their options to resolve record information about each borrower. Inclusive of, financial status, personal information, loan data etc. . .
The ideal candidate will have Student loan counselor/advocate experience but it is NOT required. If you are highly motivated, have prior telephone customer service/sales experience and pay strong attention to detail, an initial PAID training period of 2 or 3 days will have you up to speed in no time. Applicants should be able to speak professionally and coherently on the phone, using proper grammar while typing/spelling correctly and quickly on your keyboard and bouncing around 5 or 6 tabs with a mouse - going back and forth between 2 monitors.
Applicants must be Tech Savvy and Precise in their process as no mistakes can be made while recording borrower information that will create hurdles for the company as well as the borrower in completing filing for their consolidation or repayment change process for their loans. Position is commission based with a guaranteed minimum.
For hard workers there is potential to earn 4000$ - 5000$ per month and work full time and be available to work from 10-am to 6-pm
