Cash Application Clerk Job Opening in Irving, Texas - Apply customer payments from bank deposits and intercompany payments in the AS400 system.
Record payment batches and sales batches in Excel and balance to Accounts Receivable daily.
Maintain additional excel spreadsheets detailing specific accounts.
Apply debits and credits to invoices as needed.
Process adjustments using proper accounting methods.
Balance to the General Ledger.
Report sales totals to management.
Enter rates in automated rating system as needed.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of cash application experience involving multiple companies.
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
AS400 experience a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
