The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
Entry of accounts payable and receivables
Answering all incoming calls and greet customers
Maintain the office files
Sort and distribute office mail
Assist with various projects for the managers
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR ASSISTANT POSITION:
3+ years Assistant experience
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Good communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Word & Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
