Position Overview:
Nedrebo's Formalwear is searching for outgoing and motivated individuals who want to enhance their sales skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment. This is not your typical 9am-5pm position. We are looking for a qualified Retail Sales Associates who can assist grooms with identifying their needs and exceeding their expectations. This means being easily accessible to clients with the flexibility of working nights and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers to determine their needs
Educating customers about the formalwear fitting process
Selling our wedding service packages: men's attire, photo, video, dj, floral, invitations
Learning and promoting the features and benefits of Nedrebo's Formalwear products and services
Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
Upsell extra items when appropriate
Participate in training workshops and educational seminars
Requirements:
Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
A flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
An outgoing personality and eager to learn
A personal interest working in the wedding industry
Capable of interpreting customersâ?? words and showing them products that meet their needs
Reliable transportation
