For over 17 year, Prioricare has been providing healthcare staffing solutions to clients in nursing homes, assisted livings, hospitals, schools, and clinics in the rural Midwest. We are now looking to add a Recruiter in our Spearfish location to play a key role in the continued growth of our company.
This position will acquire new healthcare candidates (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, CMAs) via social media, cold calling, and other resources seeking to engage, educate and convert candidates to work for a travel company. Provide information about company, services, job duties, travel, pay and benefits. Provide instruction on how applicants can apply online. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects using software. Work to meet goals set for month, quarter and year. Responsible to schedule staff and arrange lodging with existing clients. Assist with on-call duties after hours/weekends on a rotating basis.
Our recruiter must have a critical eye for finding the diamonds in the rough. They must be resourceful in sourcing strategies, obsessive about candidate experience, charismatic people person who can talk to anyone, be eloquent verbally and in writing, self-driven, well organized to handle multiple candidates and openings at the same time, great follow-through on tasks, creative, constantly looking for ways to improve upon things. Responsible to meet productivity targets and defined by the Company.
