System Administrator Job Opening in Sioux Falls, South dakota - EDCO Health Information Solutions is currently expanding our Systems Administration team in either Springfield, MO or Sioux Falls, SD. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your talent to a growing, thriving healthcare software company. We are bringing on new customers, hiring more team members and expanding locations!
A successful candidate in this position will be driven by technical challenges, enjoy interacting with end users by phone, email, IM and/or in person, and have an inherent commitment to high standards and quality in configured solutions.
We?re looking for someone who can do the following:
Work directly with infrastructure engineers and other invested departments to develop and implement new end-user solutions which address identified business needs.
Lead cross-training of the service desk as they will inherit ownership of the solutions you design.
Develop procedures and knowledge base content because you inherently believe documenting processes is good for the entire company.
Take the initiative to improve processes, solutions and configurations rather than transact on legacy procedures.
Take personal ownership of daily tasks and challenges, ensuring resolution with a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction with a minimum of direct supervision.
Quickly and effectively troubleshoot escalated end user issues.
Bring your personal passion for technology to your work environment and have it reflect on your daily enthusiasm and energy.
Establish yourself as reliable, thorough and productive in a highly autonomous environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:
If you can accomplish the above, you?ve got what it takes. For the current opening, the ideal candidate has:
3+ years proactive technical experience in predominantly a Microsoft environment.
Proven ability to lead Service Desk projects (e.g., Build robust Windows 10 base deployments, implement and define procedures for enterprise products in use by Service Desk.)
Familiarity with agile as a project management framework and conceptual understanding of DevOps culture.
A knack for keeping the business and your customer in focus.
An Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree with a relevant focus.
A relentless drive towards professional growth is ideal.
