New team members participate in a very detailed, fun, interactive sales training program where we focus on the finer aspects of performing as a sales professional. New team members are well compensated during their training period. Our sales approach is very education-based. As a Senior Sales Partner you will be responsible for training and managing a team of Junior Partners, as well as closing sales. While in your 90 training period we offer a guaranteed monthly income plus an aggressive commission structure. After 12 to 24 months of mastering the Senior Sales Partner position you will be considered for an Area Developer postition where your duties will involve managing and growing a specific territory of Georgia. Profit sharing on the entire branch's revenue will be included in the compensation for an Area Developer.
