Healthcare Investment Banking Associate Job Opening in New York, New york - Our client, a leading full service middle market healthcare investment bank, is seeking lateral investment banking associates for their office headquartered in New York. Our client has a strong history of closing transactions and consistent deal flow.
Preparing and delivering presentations
Performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses
Investment banking coverage of corporate and private equity clients, including pitching and structuring
Playing key leadership roles in the transaction process
Taking primary responsibility for deal execution of transactions
Extensive Modeling and Due Dilligence
Full coverage cycle including M&A, Capital Markets etc.
Managing and mentoring junior staff
Requirements:
Must have a good number of years of investment banking experience from a good platform
Must have strong M&A exposure and a history of closing transactions
Healthcare experience a plus
MBA Preferred
Excellent analytical and modeling skills
Strong client management skills
Strong technical skills
Team player but ability to work independently as well
Strong communication skills

Salary: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year
