You will be calling on Catholic Churches in your territory providing them with all the J S Paluch products and services. You will also be calling on potential and current advertisers for the Weekly Church Bulletins.
You are a dynamic, persistent and well-educated Business Development Consultant/Sales Professional (Parish Development Consultant) embarking on a career that can lead you to great financial success working your district.
You will make business development calls on current and prospective parishes ? educating them on J. S. Paluch?s expansive product and service offerings and selling these to each Church.
You are required to close Advertising Sales for the Weekly Church Bulletins .
You are excellent with both verbal and written communications keeping in touch with the Director of Parish Services, the local District Sales Manager, and our Production staff to insure efficient production as it relates to the sales of products and/or services.
You are always aware of new products and services being developed by J. S. Paluch for inclusion in your presentations to current and prospective churches.
You must be willing to travel within your district for up to 4-5 hours each day ? thoroughly covering the assigned territory. Therefore, you must have a valid Driver?s License and a good driving record.
You are expected to have a proven proficiency in computer skills, including command of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. This is a MUST.
You must have the ability to create your own schedule to fulfill quarterly goals ? and possess excellent time management skills to achieve your mission.
You will be taught how to complete J. S. Paluch contracts and forms properly and must be willing to learn printing terminology.
You are self-motivated and able to perform and achieve your goals with minimum supervision, necessitating that you are extremely organized and very detail oriented .
You must be able to present to our current and prospective churches the J. S. Paluch app and website service offerings , and you must be able to field any questions about them in a coherent and understandable manner.
You will learn to navigate and utilize our proprietary software , including but not limited to, creating reports, running projections, and researching account information precisely.
You must possess strong sales and negotiating skills and be able to multi-task during your busy days.
J.S. Paluch provides our successful Parish Development Consultants:
$45,000- $60,000 combining Base Salary and Uncapped Commissions
Monthly expense checks totaling $500 per month
