Sales Associate Job Opening in Springdale, Arkansas - Lighting Emporium has been in business since 1988. We have grown over the years and looking to grow our sales team. We?re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to give them the best experience, increase acquisition levels, and profitability. Being able to work with others, or by yourself with minimal supervision is a must.
Responsibilities include but not limited
~ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
~ Assess customers? needs and provide assistance and information on product features
~ Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
~ Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in showroom
~ Actively seek out customers in store
~ Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
~ Cross sell products
~ Build productive trust relationships with customers
Requirements
~ Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
~ Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
~ Solid communication and interpersonal skills
~ A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
~ Ability to perform under pressure and address customers queries in a timely manner
~ High School Degree
