POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Sr. Manager, Business Transformation will deliver financial analysis to drive operational efficiencies and financial performance globally. This position will have frequent direct exposure to the Company executives. This new team is the key engine driving transformation across the Company.
Expected responsibilities cover multiple areas including but not limited to:
Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB)
Organizational Design and Optimization
Working Capital Management
Capital Expenditures Management (CAPEX)
Operations Network Optimization and Transformation
Financial Systems Design and Architecture
Management Reporting and P&L Design
Annual Budget and Planning Process
Performance Incentive Tracking
Independently manage initiatives and deliverables that span across all departments globally
Prepare detailed financial models, quantitative and qualitative analysis
Manage new financial systems, policies and processes to increase visibility, drive cost-reduction and to enhance operating efficiencies across all departments in the business
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree from a top university or college
6-9 years prior Enterprise Improvement, Turnaround or Strategy Consulting, Corporate Development, Investment Banking or FP&A experience
A strong drive to learn and willingness to assume senior-level responsibility
Demonstrated ability to multitask and make key decisions with little guidance
A strong work-ethic and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and limited oversight and guidance
Proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis and accounting
Ability to manage and coordinate large teams of both internal and external people
Experience in company integration and transformation and/or operating model restructuring
