Responsible for working with staff and providers to troubleshoot and fix basic hardware and software issues.
Work with third party vendors of the phone system and applications used to resolve issue and upgrade products as needed
Liaison between the office and IT support
Be proficient in government incentive programs such as MU, PQRS, MIPS and reporting tools for each program
Research tools and technology to enhance the functions of the office
