VP Finance/Controller Job Opening in Exton, Pennsylvania - NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC, is a leading manufacturer of various displacement pumps in all industrial processes. We are expanding with the focus on the industries Environmental & Energy, Food & Pharmaceutical, Chemical & Paper and Oil & Gas. We currently have an opening for a Vice President Finance and Controlling.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Responsible for all Treasury functions including Banking Arrangements, management of credit line.
Oversees and directs budgeting, accounting, long range forecasting for Holding Company (NUS) and Canadian Affiliate (NTC).
Responsible for Co-ordination of insurance needs with parent company and subsidiaries for insurance.
Oversees and supervise HR resource for all Exton PA Companies.
Maintain accounting records for NUS and NTC.
Oversees and directs procedures and computer systems necessary to maintain proper records and afford adequate accounting controls for NUS and NTC.
Appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic reports on organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth for NUS and NTC.
Directs and coordinates the establishment of the business strategy process and budget programs for Holding Company and Canadian Affiliate.
Directs and coordinates all reporting programs for NUS and NTC.
Manage IT needs and staff.
Responsible for all federal, state, sales and other taxes.
Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of the corporation's annual report periodic financial reports and financial reports for NUS and NTC to Germany.
Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations.
Responsible for annual audit of NUS, subsidiaries, and Canadian affiliate.
Manage 401(k) programs for Exton companies.
Responsible for company compliance and legal issues.
Some international travel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree in Finance/Accounting plus 4-10 years related experience. Master?s degree or CPA a plus.
Advanced computer knowledge(MS office products, Word, Excel and SAP)
