Keystone Trade Group is a small but growing e-commerce company in the Pottstown area with over $1 million in annual sales to businesses and consumers. We?re seeking applicants interested in flexible work hours and a relaxed work environment to help with our day-to-day operations.
Job Description
As part of a small business, our Operations Assistant wears many hats, but primarily plays a critical role in inventory management and efficient product movement within our warehouse.
Hours are flexible. Flexibility will increase as you complete your training and are able to work more independently. This is a part-time position with potential for a full-time work as the business grows.
Responsibilities
Analyze data and market trends to procure softlines from distributors and retail stores using our established methods
Source new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors
Use desktop software and web apps to create shipments and keep accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
Pick, kit, label, pack, and ship orders
Control inventory levels with physical counts
Manage aging inventory and liquidation channels
Contribute to the development of written procedures, processes and forms
Manage, rework, and quality-control inbound merchandise and returned inventory
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Comply with strict material handling / shipping requirements established by our logistics partners
Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conduct time studies and assess materials use to establish all-in inventory cost
Properly dispose of materials as needed
Essential Qualifications
1+ years of experience in retail, logistics, purchasing, supply chain, operations, ecommerce, finance, accounting, mathematics, or statistics
Extremely detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Comfortable taking risks
Ability to function with minimum supervision
Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to continuously stand, bend and/or crouch while handling shipments
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Reliable transportation for small pickups and errands (let us know what you drive)
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Desirable Experience
LTL and TL freight quote experience
Knowledge of USCBP and USDA import requirements and duties
Excel, Access or other data analytics software experience
Experience with inventory forecasting systems
Fashion / softlines experience
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience.

Our office is fully climate-controlled, but the warehouse is not air conditioned. Our warehouse is a short drive from the Reading, King of Prussia, and areas.
