Summary of Responsibilities:
GCHD Public Health nurses have the unique opportunity to impact the health of communities by providing leadership to address the barriers that impact health. This position will have a leadership role in the following programs, Children with Special Healthcare Needs, Maternal and Child Health to include developmental screening and Diabetes Prevention and Control.

Salary: $43,180.00 to $68,158.00 /year
