We are looking for the right individual to become part of our dynamic team to add value to the care and services we provide to our patients in the capacity as a Respiratory Care Specialist (RCS) in our Puyallup, WA branch. This is a full time position, Monday thru Friday, with scheduled on call duties. Pay rate is $15-17.00/hour, DOE.
This position includes carrying the very important role of being the ?face? of our company. They are the first one to greet our customers coming into or calling our branch. They are critical in giving the very best impression to our patients, referrals and team members. This person is there to assist our patients get the products and services they need by scheduling appointments, assisting with insurance questions and answering questions regarding their supplies or equipment needed for their care. Our offices consist of a tightly knit, cohesive team, working together to meet the branch?s monthly goals. You will also work with our corporate teams assisting, as needed, to gather documents needed to complete orders which may include needing to interact with doctor?s offices, insurance companies and our patients as well. This position works to deliver instruction and equipment to our patients in this service area. Assisting our patients through the set up process with the respiratory products and services we provide. Works closely with each patient to educate them about their new equipment whether it is a new CPAP machine and accessories or Oxygen therapy. Troubleshooting challenges that a patient may have with their equipment is part of the daily routine as well as ensuring their equipment is working properly to deliver their much needed therapy prescribed by their doctor.
Required licenses or certifications:
Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
Active Auto Insurance and Reliable Transportation
