Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in De Pere, Wisconsin - We?re a growing LED lighting company with an immediate job opening. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our office in De Pere, WI. We are looking for someone who is great on the phone, because that?s where you?ll be doing most of your work. Qualifications
Experience preferred in working directly with customers in a sales or customer service role.
Business to business sales experience is a huge plus, however, we are willing to train the right person.
Computer proficiency required. You need to be very comfortable navigating your way around web-based cloud services, working with file attachments, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Obtain sales leads by prospecting current and potential customers on a daily basis
Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, training sessions, and networking events as requested
Gather data and maintain customer database with current, detailed notes and call schedules
Research and maintain technical knowledge and proficiency in products and services provided
Provide back-up support to others to eliminate any customer service delays when possible

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required.
Candidates must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 7am to 4:15pm and Fridays, 7am to 12pm.
Compensation
This is a 25k per year salaried position. In addition, you have the opportunity to earn performance based incentives.
