Assistant Manager/Sales Associate Job Opening in Little Chute, Wisconsin - An Assistant Manager must be able to provide our customers with superior customer service in accordance with the Ace Helpful Standards. He or she is the ultimate resolution for customer satisfaction. He or she must be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business as directed by upper management. An Assistant Manager must lead and empower employees while ensuring the sales floor is running smoothly. He or she will be responsible for monitoring employee job performance, taking corrective action as needed and submitting performance reports to upper management.
An Assistant Manager will be trained on our Point-of-Sale software, as well as other computer programs used within the business. He or she must also poses an advanced knowledge in the following areas: store services, safety and emergency procedures, deliveries, training, merchandising, rental and inventory.
An Assistant Manager will be a key holder and someone who is responsible for the property and business at all times. He or she will be responsible for proper handling and securing daily receipts. As needed, he or she will train staff, and handle other responsibilities assigned by upper management.
