Position Summary
Implement sales plans designed to achieve objectives. Participate with Marketing and Aftermarket in developing and implementing programs to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales objectives
Promote new product offerings in order to achieve sales objectives
Manage and coach sales representatives to attain sales objectives and enhance sales effectiveness.
Participate with cross functional teams to enhance the overall performance of the company
Participate in the development and implementation of Marketing and Aftermarket initiatives to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Work directly with customers to define needs and define solutions.
Required
Education: * Bachelors degree*
Experience: 8 to 10 years sales and/or sales management experience
Demonstrated Skills & Abilities: Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills. Requires advanced skills in coaching and negotiation.

Work Environment
Climate controlled office environment, no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise and the like. May have limited exposure to manufacturing areas that require the usage of PPE.

Frequently required to sit. Occasional walking, standing, stooping and kneeling. Frequently lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
