HVAC Sales Consultant - Residential Job Opening in Midland, Michigan - This position entails supporting the Residential HVAC Service Team in following up on all sales leads in the Midland-Saginaw-Bay City area. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including individual research.
Duties
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication, such as email and social media
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales process
Preparing proposals, agreements, and sales reports ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate
Attend events
Skills
Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills
Ability to field, measure and supply all needed materials for installation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed
Ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities
Compensation based on experience.
