At least 8 years of Sales force and CRM Experience.
At least 3 End to End implementation Experience
One or more current Salesforce certifications ( Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud), multiple certifications highly preferred
Required Experience:
Design, Architect and develop solutions to business requirements using Salesforce and platform capabilities
Recommend alternate approaches, define technical impacts, and provide sizing estimates
Create technical designs for new functionality
Good knowledge of Salesforce Configuration functionalities (Like approval processes, Workflows, Validation Rule, Process Builder, Flows, Communities & Analytics
Develop product capabilities using , APEX, Visualforce, Web services and other technologies
Should have Integration Experience (MUST)
Strong Lightning hands on Experience (MUST)
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new product functionality
Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues identified during testing
Solid knowledge of governor limits
Collaborate with team members on new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation.
Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support.
Good Experience with Data migration/Data loader/Code Migration
