Capable of performing thorough termite inspections
Be comfortable with crawl spaces and attics

Be competent when using technology such as a smartphone and tablet
Have a pleasant voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood
Demonstrate multi-task skills by being able to present inspection results and other data on a tablet while speaking with customers
Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy and help other team members
Self manage daily tasks and workload
Show a high level of personal organizational skills
Balance customer demands with Service and Sales team requests
