Sales Representative Job Opening in Miami, Florida - Sales Representative (Independent Sales Contractor)
Milcham Trading LLC, exclusive importer and distributor for Scavi & Ray Winery, makers of the World?s Finest Brand of Prosecco and other Italian Sparkling Wines, is looking for high performing sales professionals with entrepreneurial spirit to join their Team in Miami-Dade.
The ideal candidate will visit on-premise accounts (hotels, restaurants, bars, wine shops, discotheques and night clubs) in their assigned territory to introduce our line of Fine Sparkling wines and work to achieve sales objectives.
The position requires a self-motivated, organized, energetic, and creative person with sales experience preferably in the wine industry.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell our brand to wine vendors
- Call on key accounts on an ongoing basis to review in-store priorities
- Enhance the business by gaining new points of distribution
- Assist clients on proper and effective merchandising, wine lists and POS material placement
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven success in sales call strategies
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Creative presentation/public speaking and premium selling skills are a must
- Innovative and creativity in approaching accounts and expanding business
- Ability to formulate account strategies and execute against them
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional demeanor in working with coworkers, waiters, bar tenders and consumers
- Marketing experience a plus
- Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel and transport promotional merchandise between accounts within assigned territory
- Must be able to use basic features in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
