DEPARTMENT:
Reports to: IT Manager ? Management Support
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop IT System and Maintenance
Develop ERP System and Maintenance
Develop Barcode System and Maintenance
Develop TAMS System and Maintenance
Develop K-APS System and Maintenance
Required System Development and Maintenance
ERP system basic data management for KJ Networks (KJMS,KJMM,KJB,KJP)
Support IT Works related to IT System for KJ Networks (KJMS,KJMM,KJB,KJP)
Update IT work request log with result
Provide IT user help to KJA members and visitors in using KJA resource.
Report major all IT work issue to KJ IT department. Follow-up the action of KJ IT department.
Manage data back up operation.
Restore backed up data in case of disaster
Understand and assist with the in-house ERP and Bar Code systems
Supervise contractors working on site
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Manager in making yearly IT section business plan.
Participate in KJA cost saving activities
Devise and submit employee suggestion
Implement cost saving activity per the direction of manager.
4.3 Other duties assigned by Manager or IT Manager
4.4 Attend Global IT Meeting
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
Experience with Oracle PL-SQL, SQL a plus
Experience with Visual Basic a plus
Experience with Java a plus
Korean language skills a plus
