Your responsibilities include:
Assist with new client information using DNB credit rating services
Reconcile and provide statement of accounts
Prepare and distribute aging reports
Monthly meetings to discuss past due accounts and strategy
Account collections via telephone calls, emails, etc. to maintain company?s acceptable DSO
Maintain "paper trails" regarding all account activity (emails, logs)
Understand and apply lien and waiver practices
Understand and adhere to the company?s credit policy
Review contract terms and conditions
Assist with client close-outs when required
Continuous communication within the organization
Other projects as assigned
Your profile:
Experience with basic accounting software (ie. SAP)
Minimum 2 years collections and accounting experience required
College degree or courses in accounting preferred
Dispute resolution experience required
Strong MS Office skills including Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Polite persistence
Detail and goal oriented
Exceptional organizational skills
