Landscape Designer/Sales Job Opening in Lothian, Maryland - Garner Exteriors is a growing fast paced design/build firm looking for an experienced designer and estimator. We are looking for a self motivated team player to meet with clients and work through the process of selling from design to completion.
Responsibilities
* Meet with potential clients
* Draw all designs pertaining to landscape, hardscape, lighting
* Create estimates and proposals
* Make initial site visit prior to, during and upon completion of project installation
Skills Required
* Proficiency in designing or Auto-CAD or similar
* Knowledge of landscape plant material
* Ability to interact with clients, builders, company Supervisors, sales and clerical staff
* 2+ years of experience required
* Degree in Horticulture preferred, but not required
Compensation will be based on experience. Benefit package available, Health Insurance and 401K. Qualified applicants only.
