About Us
JKosmmune, the skin care company is seeking an Inside Sales Support to facilitate on- and off-line salesā?? activities. Interested in the cosmetic industry a plus.
Job Expectations
Receive and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email.
Provide information to customers about available products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
Document and update customer records based on interactions and all activity.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
Assist with the implementation of a CRM system and maintain data entry of customer information.
Ship samples to customers.
Outreach to past and active customers to follow-up on delivered samples and upsell additional orders.
Provide quotes and inventory availability to customers.
Reliable mode of transportation
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m with occasional Evening hours.
Who you are:
Highly organized and efficient at administration with good communication skills. Able to multi-task for president. Help president as needed in preparing general presentation materials based on briefings.
Bachelorā??s degree desired, but not required.
Good people skills, able to work well with a diversity of team members
Flexible, proactive and positive attitude
Extensive use of office applications (power point, word, excel, onenote)
Bilingual capability (english/korean), a plus
Driverā??s license, required
