Responsibilities include:
Answer inbound sales inquiries
Assess the consumers' needs and offer appropriate products and promotions based off those needs
Effectively and thoroughly educate the customer regarding their equipment, package, and price
Provide a quality customer experience regardless of the inquiry or outcome
Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and metrics
Process completed sales and ensure 100% accuracy of the work order inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position
Marketing to awesome neighborhoods to spread the word about Microcrom and Satellite entertainment services
Knocking on doors and meeting new people
Cold calling
Working events
25% - 50% Overnight travel
Other sales activities as needed
Education & Experience
1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
Skills & Qualifications:
Assertive, yet consultative and results oriented with a contagious competitive attitude. Intermediate computer and data entry skills including use of the web. Excellent communication skills; including, articulation, grammar, and persuasion.
Additional Information:
Sales Associates are key individuals that contribute directly to the company's goal of becoming the number one satellite TV provider in the United States. They can earn a substantial income. Base hourly wage plus commissions, bonus and other incentives.
Sales Associates can expect to earn $14.42 to $24.04 per hour plus benefits!
