HEALIX HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR:
A Payroll Coordinator to join our expert team of business and healthcare minded professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate company-wide payroll operations and communication with trade partners and corporate and clinical staff.
Learn and utilize ADP Enterprise Etime and ADP PC/Payroll software to monitor daily payroll operations.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the payroll system.
Proactively identify and recommend process improvements and assist the management team in maximizing efficiency, cash flow, and net income through financial analysis.
Assist the financial management team with adherence to financial controls and policies.
Perform General Ledger reviews and reconciliations.
Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Complete special projects as identified by the Executive Team and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least 1-3 years' experience
Strong academic credentials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with others
Knowledge of ADP Payroll Software is a plus
