Essential Job Functions:
Order entry
Customer service support.
Support outside sales team in daily activities.
Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs. Meet established order entry goals.
Provide technical information and explanations to customers; preparing quotations.
Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent.
1 ? 2 years of customer service or related experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
Knowledge of QAD and Goldmine a plus.
