The right candidate will be able to sell some of the finest new and pre-owned cars in the marketplace. This is a rare opportunity to join a staff that consists of many veterans of over 10 years experience, some as high as 27 years. We have a split staff of new and pre-owned specialists but cross-selling is encouraged. The ideal candidate will need to have energy, enthusiasm, integrity and the ability to build a business. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
Complete sale and deliver the car and then follow-up regularly to ensure satisfaction
Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
REQUIREMENTS:
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
Quality customer service skills
Have a proven sales track record
Possess strong communication skills
Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
Focus on the customer?s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
Computer literate and have basic math skills
