Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Bloomfield, Connecticut - Pearse Bertram in Bloomfield, CT, one of the largest and most experienced industrial distributors in New England, is seeking a full time Inside Sales Representative.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible to both internal and external customers.
Process customer orders, special orders, drop ship orders and customer changes according to established company policies and procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
Uses the internal computer system to provide prompt and efficient information to customers asking about quotes, order status, availability, shipping, product details, confirmations, pricing, inquiries, or feedback.
Document and resolve customer problems, complaints and issues promptly in a positive manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty.
Provide timely feedback to Management, Sales and other departments as it applies
Required qualifications:
Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Work independently
Multi-task & shift priorities on short notice
Proactive learner, problem solver & logical thinker
Extremely well organized
A positive attitude is a MUST
Two-year degree or equivalent or 3+ years of related work experience with electrical, process, or motion control components.
