? outside sales - smart travel, must be a seasoned pro, have to be able to close, existing revenue to take over, must provide revenue growth. Must have the ability to manage, build relationships, and increase revenue. If you do not have a strong work ethic, this job is not for you. We do not want to waste your time or ours.
Sales experience in right candidate :
-OEM products, aluminum extrusion, fabrication experience, pool/patio, industrial markets and prospecting.
Duties and responsibilities :
-Manage existing customer base
-Grow business with existing customers, both products, market share, and revenue
-Ability to manage customer forces growth with new customers through prospecting tools
-Ability to learn and achieve success
-Some key smart travel required
-Forecasting and budgeting skills required
-Ability to monitor and assess competition
-Competitiveness with driven goals and organized business plan with metrics and monitoring sales achievements both short and long term
-Ability to develop long term strategic plan
Qualifications :
-Bachelors degree required
-Minimum of 4 years experience in sales experience
-Proven leadership with a success path of exceeding expectations
-Ability to multi task and thrive in a highly competitive and fast moving environment
-Self starting, motivated person with strong work ethic
-Ability to learn
-Must be team player and have proven track record
Candidate must pass pre-employment drug test and background check. Compensation attractive base, existing commissions in place for monthly commission and bonuses based on sales performance, growth and over ride on existing accounts.
