Property Accountant - Jersey City Job Opening in Jersey City, New jersey - Established New Jersey owner of Commercial Properties is seeking an experienced Property Accountant for their Property Accounting group. Reporting to the Controller, the Property Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of accounting & analysis for a portfolio of Commercial Assets including financial statements, workpapers, general ledger maintenance, fixed assets, and budgets among other duties
Requirements:
3 years in Commercial Property Accounting and a Bachelor?s degree are a must. Solid computer skills including Yardi or MRI, as well as strong Excel are highly preferred.
