Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Opening in Liberty Lake, Washington - Skilled bookkeeper needed to join our team. Must have minimum 2 years? experience with QuickBooks desktop and online, possess solid accounting knowledge, demonstrate expertise with payroll and have exception organizational skills. We value integrity, accuracy, reliability and team work.
Duties:
General Ledger account reconciliations
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Payroll processing
Bank reconciliations
Assist with financial statement reporting
Monitor and maintain financial aspects of contracts ? including vendors
State/Federal tax preparation (excise, payroll, property)
Data analysis and problem solving
Management reporting (standard and custom)
Month end reporting
Backup CFO for designated company/companies
Other duties and projects as assigned
