Professional Contractors Needed Job Opening in knoxville, Tennessee - Professional Contractors Needed Professional Contractors Needed Join our rapidly growing business as an Authorized Contractor Our firm provides restoration and repair services for those who have suffered a catastrophic loss due to storm, fire and/or water damage as well as lead paint and mold remediation services. We also provide a "one-stop" solution for the client that needs re-construction and rebuilding structural repair work as a result of their loss. This can include roofing, siding, guttering, windows, doors, foundation, structural, drywall, painting, trim carpentry and a variety of other trades as needed. We are an established multi-state company that has a staff of reliable, experienced, licensed and certified contractors ready to handle any type of disaster and restoration task. The work we solicit is compensated directly by insurance payments and settlements, so the money is always available and paid promptly. This is a "must-have", high priority situation for the client. Their situation is such that they have little time for comparison shopping or competitive bids. They need the work done NOW! And we will be the first ones on the scene as a result of their direct inquiry from our Internet Advertizing or the recommendation of their insurance carrier or adjuster. This work applies to both residential and commercial clients. What YOU bring to the table: What we seeking are experienced contracting professionals who can take a hot lead generated directly from the client as a result of a catastrophe and work within a team concept and help resolve their problem in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience with rebuilding. There are three categories within the team that are being sought: 1) Immediate Responder Contractor 2) Mold/Asbestos Remediation Contractor 3) Rebuild Contractor Immediate Response Contractor- This team member would be the first responder to events that would require immediate attention, involving but not be limited to Board-Ups/Water Based off our internet advertising, Local Sales Team and Corporate Direct Work with Major Insurance Companies, events can happen any time day or night; therefore, this position would require your immediate response with the purpose of securing the property, addressing the immediate catastrophic event, and bring it under-control. Mold/Asbestos Remediation- This team member would address properties where Mold has encroached within the property requiring remediation including but not limited to removal of sheet rock, paneling, etc, removal of studs and insulation, cleaning of mold, with the use of bio-treatment to be determined, treat surface mold and mildew throughout property as needed. Likewise, this team member would need to be versed in EPA procedures for Asbestos and Lead Base Paint Removal. Each job would then be addressed as issues are noted. Rebuild Contractor- This team member would address the Rebuilding of the property based off of the event that has occurred to each property. This work would include but not be limited to Roof Repair and Replacement, Exterior and Interior Rebuild including siding, sheet rock, paneling, Electrical, Plumbing, flooring, Foundation, and any other work that is necessitated to bring the property to the standard that the insurance company is requiring. NOTE for all Team Members: With our Team Approach regardless if your Work Category is a part of each Project you will receive your portion of the profitability. Other characteristics required: ? All the incoming leads for your area would be given directly to your team, not shared with a group of other contractors in the area. Your team would provide restoration and remediation services that are handled by our in-house estimators, project managers and by our staff of carefully selected sales staff, contractors and service labor.
